Created by Darcey Bussell and Nathan Clarke and is an aerobic fitness workout which encompasses varying dance styles and easy to follow steps. The aim is to get a really effective fitness workout which is fun, entertaining whilst stimulating the body and mind for both the beginner and the more advanced dancer.
DDMIX was born out of a true passion for dance-based fitness and wanted to create an environment that enabled people to get fit by doing something they enjoyed. The aim was that you can achieve your goals by participating in dance and not looking upon exercise as a chore. The key ingredient to this is to add laughter and fun and make them all inclusive.
